An integrated genset controller for AMF and manual or remote start applications.

InteliLite is a family of controllers for single generating sets operating in AMF (auto mains failure) or manual/remote start modes.

The family covers full AMF, remote start with generator circuit breaker control, and remote start with no circuit breaker control.

There are also enhanced versions of each model that includes additional metering and modem capabilities to allow remote access for monitoring and control.

The InteliLite controllers share the same physical dimensions as the more advanced InteliGen, allowing panel builders to use a common layout, from basic 'standard' gensets using InteliLite up to special multiset or mains parallel applications using InteliGen.

While the InteliLite offers a lower cost alternative to the InteliGen for basic applications, no short cuts have been taken with quality. InteliLite features a rugged metal case, with IP65 front facia as standard.

InteliLite controllers are equipped with a powerful graphic display with icons, symbols and bar-graphs for intuitive operation, which sets, together with high functionality, new standards in genset controls.

InteliLite automatically starts the genset(s), closes the genset C/B when all conditions are met, then stops the engine on an external signal or by pressing push buttons.

The latest NT model draws upon the extensive field experience of many thousands of InteliLite units, which continue to deliver a high level of service and reliability with proven user-friendly communication features that enable remote control and management.

J1939 CAN bus support:
The InteliLite control will display metering and fault codes via J1939 CAN bus from any J1939 electronic engine. In addition the standard controller will also display Scania Keyword2000 enhanced diagnostic codes (as text) and will display metering and fault codes via modbus from Cummins engines.

The key feature of InteliLite is its easy to use operation and installation. Predefined configurations for typical applications are available as well as user defined configurations for special applications.
